Made to celebrate five decades of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s classic ‘Thunderbirds’, these anniversary specials were created by combining authentic 1960s audio recordings with newly revived supermarionation techniques that brought characters like Lady Penelope, Parker, and the Tracy Family back to life. The three episodes – Introducing Thunderbirds, The Abominable Snowman, and The Stately Homes Robberies – will be made available to Britbox subscribers on August 20th 2020 alongside the rest of the original series.
